not to muscles like manly just nice and toned that i can be content with, im really insecure even although im told im skinny, but im just in no way happy, so tips on diet and the exercises to do thankyou!

I wanna say sit ups but sit ups alone will not help u have to run n do ab work outs at a gym to get very nice n toned
