for the average male body that consist of 18-27 % bodyfat, cardio is still the number 1 most helpful exercise to get 6 pack abs. you don’t necessarily need cardio, but at 18 percent body fat it’s nearly impossible to see the abs even if their huge. cardio helps remove that fat.
Look in youtube for a video 8min abs workout do it 2-3 times a week the other days run 1-3 mile for 2 month you will have 6 pack but don’t forget to do workout for your chest back and legs are really important.
Muscle based exercises are far better for losing weight than cardio. People tend to do cardio whilst recovering muscle so it helps them lose that little bit of extra fat.
give it a little time man. I’m in the same situation. It took years for us to go from there to here. It is going to take some time to get back to your peak. Just make sure you don’t injure yourself and that you continue to improve. It could be coming in two weeks you never know. Just keep training hard
I’ve been using Athleanx for about 9 weeks now. I didn’t expect to see my abs during the first round because there is quite a bit of body fat that I needed to shed. A lot of it has come off due to the program but I still haven’t quite regained the ab strength that I used to have when I was younger (just turned 33 this April) . Do you think it would return in Round 2 or should I change some things? Mike
i am at about 14-15% body fat, how long can it take me to get 6pack abs if i exercise 5 times a week (mostly weight training,including abs workouts and some cardio) and eat approximately right amount of daily nutrition??

that’s cause they’re assuming you’re not a fat piece of shit in which case you don’t need cardio.
i dont really care about diet and protein shake. I just keep working out and i see results tho:)
