you need some core exercises to define and ‘chisel’ your abs! try hanging leg raises and kneeling cable crunches mate. remeber, hard and heavy for mass, light and more reps for toning and defanition. good luck
cut all the soda and juice,,, sodium bad if you want Definition,,, and try hitting the sauna,, loose the water and that should help,, but don’t stop drinking water,,, just sweat it out
Aim to go running 3 or 4 times a week and do shuttle runs to burn off that fat on your stomach. Do lots of other cardio such as squats, jumping, cycling etc. Even weight-lifting will help make your current six-pack more defined as the more muscle you have the more calories and fat you burn off, even when resting.
Lower your salt intake. Salt causes the body to retain water which is in a layer between the skin and muscle. You have to have some salt in your diet and it must be salt containing iodide. It is necessary for your health. If you have an upcoming event for which you have a special need for greater than usual definition, you can cut salt out an lower water intake for up to 48 hours but no more.
Do side crunches and sit ups, also eat a diet high in protein. For every pound that you weigh you should eat that amount of protein in grams and cut out carbonated drinks as these will just bloat you xx
Most of these answers are right on. Your best bet for definition is cutting sodium from your diet and drinking a lot of water (A gallon a day is great). Also, try mixing up your ab routine to target different parts of your abs. I tried a four week routine that focused on different parts each week. Upper, middle, lower, and all around. Doing these three times a week. Its good to mix up your routine often to ensure you aren’t getting getting used to the same exercise and hitting different parts of the muscle. Also, tanning helps the appearance of definition by highlighting the shape of your muscle and darkening the shadow of you cuts, making them look sharp and more three dimensional. Good luck.
